Pretty much anything we needed was provided for a comfortable experience. We used their sauna and showers and they were amazingly clean! Loved the fact that they had the "necessary" toiletries there to be used without charge! From lotion to mouthwash! I would definitely come again and recommend it to everyone and anyone!

They were excellent ambassadors for the Galvez.

Vinyasa Yoga incorporates asana (the physical practice) as access to vitality, power, and freedom. The class begins with several rounds of sun salutations; moves through a challenging standing series focusing on core strength and balance and concludes with a ground series of postures. All levels are welcome.

HIIT mixes shorts bursts of activity with a short rest to maximize your workout. This hour-long class includes a warm-up, workout and cool down. This fun calorie-burning workout can be scaled to all fitness levels. Workout mats are provided by the hotel. Participants are encouraged to bring water.

Please notify our Spa Reservationists before booking your treatments with any special considerations or concerns. Also, please let us know if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities; are pregnant; or using Retin A, Accutane or Renova. If you experience discomfort at any time during your services, please alert your therapist immediately.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows us to welcome you and introduce you to our facilities and gives you time to enjoy our steam room and relaxation room. Please understand that to prevent inconvenience to the next guest, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments; also, the same treatment applies.
The spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. For the relaxation, enjoyment, and privacy of our guests, please speak quietly during your journey at the spa. Cell phones, laptops, tobacco, personal vaporizers, and electronic cigarettes are not permitted.
For a wider selection of treatments and appointment times, we recommend reserving your spa and salon services at least one week prior to your visit. All spa and salon appointments must be held with a credit card.
Your appointment has been especially reserved for you. As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged 100% of your treatment cost.
A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your spa services at checkout. Additional gratuities are at your discretion. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments upon request. All major credit cards are accepted.
Guests must be 18 years old to enter the spa and receive spa treatments. Children ages 17 and younger may use the hair and nail salon but must have a parent or guardian present.
